    I had exactly the same thing Pete, queen cells at the beginning of May and only just seen a few eggs yesterday, there have been empty polished cells for a couple of weeks though. This years weather has been a double edged sword as the late and bigger blooms have also made for a heavier nectar...

    I should probably have given definitions for the words I used in such a controversial subject! When I use the word "Harmony" It is meant in the sense that we have interacted with our environment in a way that can be sustained indefinitely.I think that is fair use of the word given the context...

    The Selfish Gene is now being argued against again by scientists such as E.O Wilson in favour of group selection. Perhaps the church of Richard Dawkins is not so infallible as it first claimed....(!) Search for Group selection and Richard Dawkins on google and you will find the article...

    Interesting ... I've definitely seen a lot of shaking/trembling in mine at times, a few crawling bees on the ground with dislocated wings (not DWV) being a virus is it possible to diagnose with a microscope?
