I've tested the water content of my extraction and had a reading of just under 17% (both top and bottom). Is it a case of the lower the reading, the greater liklihood of granulation at a later date? Or are there other factors?

It's more a case of... The lower the reading the less likelihood of fermentation.... Apologise if you already knew that

Thanks for the replies, all interesting. Avoiding fermentation is what I'm after as I suppose granulation can be sorted.

Cheers.
