I am a second year bee keeper now.
I asked many questions and got lots of help here last year.
Unfortunately, I have not had time to post this year.
So just wanted to let the old regulars know, their efforts helping me were not wasted. Both my hives survived the winter and I am hoping to get my first honey soon.
And to any new keepers who have started this year, I wish you success with your endeavors. Even if you find a swarm cell 2 weeks in, your bees end up in your neighbors tree, your mail order queens get rejected and you don't actually make any honey.
Its all worth it when you first see the fuzzy little things flying again in the spring.
