I seem to be in continual swarm nightmare at the moment...
Not enjoying my bees at all at the moment, they really are writing there own rule book on swarming and behaviour....

from 2 to 6 now more Qcells - am running out of kit and patience with one colony who's attitude stinks!

I Am using floors made out of old doors and roofs made out of old kitchen units!
Know the feeling! Don't worry.... Just smile and get ready to do some hard combining.

yep going to do some combining today.. two nucs in poly will be united.
small cast swarm will be united with Hive 3 which could do with the extra bee's.
should take me down to 4. then looking to requeen all of them as its my grimy hive thats swarmed so don't want to end up with 4 grumpy hives...

Up from 2 at the start of the year to 6 now, including nucs and collected swarms. Will have to see if I can keep them all or if I'll have to unite some of them in a few weeks time.
