Don't panic, not that strong, when I say full strength - I don't mean neat 12 to 15% IIRC,

The strength of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution is generally expressed in % active chlorine. When I worked in textiles immediately after leaving school we used diluted 15% active Cl NaOCl for bleaching cotton and neat for cleaning our hands at the end of the day to get the dye off. It made your hands go warm. A lot of the workers suffered from dermatitis.
