I use 50x100 CLS profile timber for the sides now - ideal dimensions IMO

Someone was dredging through the forum!
Those ekes we made have been fantastic....they are all in use ATM for top feeding the remains of fondant...with pads of sheepwool insulation inside.
The forum is an endless resource of bright ideas.
