New nucleus

Hi all. I am picking up a nucleus in a couple of days. Where I am picking it up from is less than 3 miles away. Any tips or methods on reorientating the bees. Also if you put a branch or something Infront how long do you leave it there.

As you’re not suggesting they are next door can we assume it’s a reasonable distance?
Go ahead and move they will be fine, a couple of branches by the door will do no harm but don’t block them in.
