Had a no show tonight and the party booked us, in Castle Donington instead of a Hotel (we are a guest house) in Guernsey.... close eh?
We are half the price...LOL A very expensive error as:
A we charged them as per terms and conditions as they booked via a third party so our hands are tied, and B, they had to (we imagine) find two nights accommodation in the Channel Islands.
OOPS..
The moral is just double check folks... and beware the scroll button for your dates, that is another classic...
