Feed rates from different feeders

I use two feeders on my hive. A contact 2.5lt one and a 2ltr entrance one. The difference in feed times are staggering. Even allowing for some robbing the entrance feeder goes in 4 hours whilst the contact one still has syrup in 3 days after filling.

I thought they would be closer together than that but its all new to me.......

Inspection day tomorrow.

My upper feeder goes 8 litre in 24 hours.

If the hive is full of brood, of course they take slowly.
