OT from Beesource sent me this recommendation. Excellent. Easy Peasy and done.
Open the youtube video you want to download.
Once it is playing go to the address bar and type ss before youtube.
Hit enter on your keyboard.
Another site opens, on the right is a big green button saying "download the app and get your video". But don't download the app. Look a couple inches under the green button and there is a link saying "download video in browser". Click it.
A pic of your video appears with a download button and a drop down menu. On the drop down menu select MORE, and you will be able to select the format, MP4 is a fairly universal one likely OK with whatever computer the guy has in the country you will send the videos to. Click MP4 with the quality you want and your download will begin.
