The rescued bees are going to be isolated from my main colonies at my parents will keep a close eye on how things progress. When you think about it if these bees don't have enough room they would swarm maybe into residential area. No one would know they were from an unmanaged source.

Bees collected, queens seen, hives are now at my parents house scouts out and found the local water supply. In one of my mums rare breed chicken water drinkers think they are being given their own drinker tonight! All though my mum was ok the 30 bees having a drink on water fill up days made her a bit nervous. My son took some photos of brace comb in the old hives will post up when I get them off the camera.

Went to check colonies yesterday, they are queen right which is great plenty of eggs seen in each hive they are finding food building up some stores but only covering 4 frames in each hive. Should I feed, should I unite or maybe leave for a while to see how they develop. Any advice appreciated.
