The annual picnic and honey show today so no apiary training this week.
Having said that the judge explained everything as he went through the exhibits and I gained a lot of information and tips for the future when I get my beekeeping to the stage when I actually extract some honey. (probably next year?)
Everyone took a food contribution and the afternoon was a chance to chat to previously unmet members of the association. All in all a really enjoyable afternoon.
