    Newbie buying a suit-Which type?

I would also suggest something with pockets, they are dead handy for resting a hive tool, or cage and marking pens.

    Insurance

Has anyone seen the details of the policy yet? The website is quite vague with Why would they not want to show you details of a policy unless you hand over the money? Even my car, motorbike, house and in fact every insurance policy I have you can view the details before paying any money.

    Jalapeno chiles

Last year we made chilli jam and that went quite quickly. This year we had a glut of apples as well so made chilli and apple jam. That is going rapidly. We also freeze them and last year they last over 11+ months.

    Jars & Lids

Mine preferred small half pound jars. Until I started using 3 pound plastic tubs. Whilst not as pretty as jars it does mean they do not have to come back quite so often.

    Aggressive Bee Song

Whilst dealing with a saga on aggressive bee's. I had this link sent to me. I have to say it did make me giggle and added a bit of humour to a long winded saga. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Qp_nMntvR8

    An inspector calls

I have only had two encounters with the ministry. The first was when I was learning the bee keepers ways. He came and inspected my tutors B's. That was really interesting leaning over his shoulder so to speak. The second was when they gave a talk about bee disease at an association meeting...

    Feeders

I use ashforths on my commercials. I find them very good so far. I prefer them over my rapid feeder. You do need to make sure the syrup does not go mouldy. Other than that I find them fine. I also use them when I need to feed fondant. By turning them upside down gives me enough space to put...
