Just had a call about a swarm in a cherry tree in Cropston (LE7). It apparently arrived on Thursday and doesn't sound very big but still may be worthwhile for someone closer than I am. Its about 6 feet off the ground. PM me if you are interested

I'm just running a small swarm I caught yesterday into the Sysonby beecam - nice new foundation and the picture is now better quality for anyone interested. I wont post a link but you can google "beecam".

In case anyone is interested, I have managed to get a cross section of a cell on the beecam - there is an egg in the cell so hopefully we will be able to watch it develop! http://www.sysonby.com/beecam

Just put a frame of new foundation in the beecam (yesterday) - bees are drawing it out really fast in case anyone wants to watch!
