put a nuc box on top of a flat roof... bees been going in and out of 3 air vents for 2 days.. blocked them up. and today a prime swarm went in 6 frame nuc box..will have 2 put them in a hive tomorrow..mignt put them in my W B C

no bees in the uk are protected as the law stands at the moment

I would move A S A P. had email one of our members has had 8 chickens killed by bees and 3 badly injured. one had 100 stings in its head.. god forbid if it was his neighbour

if it is o s r I would give the frames a good shake and if it doesnt drip out I would extract then put the supers back on. that's what I have done with mine

Looked through colonies and in one on the last 2 frames. 5 queen cells 2 had hatched,, old queen not there.. I opend one and the queen popped out put her in nuc with 5 frames of bees[ out of another hive ] and opend the other in main hive, just to be sure'' how i missed them last time i dont...
