    blackberry jelly is superb. I have two damson trees in my garden. I got about five damsons last year. Should have planted the trees when we moved in!

    The aldi ones that were 4 for a tenner were excellent quality, blue straps. Still going strong here. The orange ones look like £shop ones which dissolve in the sun very quickly. But if you didn't mind changing the webbing for decent stuff the mechanism is fine.
