What did you do in the 'workshop' today

Will be very interesting to see the final result as I've been mulling over making a few of these myself next year. The picture above from DEREKM is how I was envisaging the final product. Would you be willing to share your plans once completed. Cheers.

    Foundation Pricing and Availability

How do you find what Murray sells? he doesn't have an obvious website and all mention on the www that I can find doesn't suggest "sales".

Abelo couldn't get close on price and tbh I hadn't even considered Murrays

    Foundation Pricing and Availability

To all those who contributed to my post who might be interested in the result of all my findings, Maisemore, Thorne and Simon The Beekeeper, discounts applied were within a few pence on pricing, all with free delivery for the quantity I required and all getting good recommendations. Thanks to...

    Foundation Pricing and Availability

Hi all. Apologies if this is a recurring subject but I'm looking in the wrong places if it is. I need to buy BS Deep and Shallow foundation and a fair amount of it, I've nearly had a coronary when started searching on line as haven't bought any for a while. The cheapest I can find anywhere is...

Where about in Devon? Your profile still says Essex, I only ask as I live in Devon also.

That was a lucky find and saved you a few quid but I suppose did limit you to what was there.

God I love growing our own

Thanks, I do want Hi James, it sounds like you've been doing this for quite a while and are an old hand at it now. Have you ever considered running a hydroponic system in the tunnel at all? It seems amazing the extra volume of growing space you can achieve with even a modest system. Cheers, Rob

God I love growing our own

This looks like a good thread to ask on, Im looking to move property to East Devon next year (property already agreed) and looking at a poly tunnel to improve the length and type of crops to grow for personal use but also on a small scale at the front gate and local farmers markets etc. The...

Simon the beekeeper closing down sale

Still better than the original sale price i Paid a week or so ago of 4 quid. Anyway as hardly any Bee keepers seem to agree 100% as to what is best for the bees a full OMF or a solid floor I’m probably going to compromise and get two floors per sheet by having half mesh. Advisory but preferably...

Simon the beekeeper closing down sale

That's certainly how I read it, guess the 5 I bought a few days ago I'll eke out by making half OMF rather than fully open.
