    Using a endoscope for inspections

Has anyone used a endoscope to inspect their hives so as to minimise disturbing the bees ,or has it the opposite effect?. I'm sure that visual inspections are the best means of checking the hives ,but say in inclement weather does it have a use .Your thoughts much appreciated John

    Treating bee stings with heat.

I believe Bee stings are acidic therefore using Bicarbonate of Soda which is basic ,neutralises the sting . Wasps are alkaline and using vinegar neutralises their sting as they are Acidic John

    One handed queen catcher

Disguises the queen's pheromone. Use it or any beeswax furniture polish when collecting swarms and spray afterwards to discourage other bees John

    One handed queen catcher

That seems plausible to me ,but like you I'm a newbie too ,wonder if a spray of pledge before using again would help in disguising the previous queen .without need for numerous queen catchers, John
