Not enough of a description of what you are asking David. Do you have bees on a different size of frame maybe ?

Thanks, I must confess I have never seen square tubes. I was thinking about using two or three scaffold boards on the top to sit the hives on rather than the actual tubes though. I suppose like the kind of thing that a painter might use, I'll try and find an example.
