I am curious as to how much condensation/damp there is found under the wrap if any?

No nothing- other than a few hibernating queen wasps (great pre season trapping device)
I use my own wraps made of this

https://www.toolstation.com/construction-insulation/multi-layer/c625Then strapped into place with bungees
Expensive roll but you get an apiary-s worth of units out of it
Just bind the cut edges with duct tape.
It's breathable and has arrested a woodpecker attack in the past too.
The thermal efficiency quoted exceeds 60mm kingspan.
Also brilliant for warming /drying cabinet for supers/buckets.

r value of 40mm thick YBS BreatherQuilt 2 in 1 Multi Layer Insulation = 1.62 m2K/W
r value of 50mm PIR (Kingspan T100) = 2.25m2K/W

so the 40mm quilt is equivalent to about 36mm of Kingspan

I wrapped two wooden nucs end summer 2021 using BE wraps.
Saw no evidence of any condensation and both doing well, (Both have overlapping roofs with 50mm Kingspan in roof)
