White dusty looking bees - what are they foraging on?

As title interested to see what they are foraging on if anybody knows.

Ghost bees as some call them.. They have a strip of white over there head and down there thorax.
It's himalayian balsam.

Hb but my bees have only ever once given a small late crop and very rarely touch it if better sources are around. Currently the Ivy is there fave.

Pretty much the same here my bees seem to leave the hb in favour of other flowers like willow herb, even thistles, some even fly to the thistles instead of the Heather.. Perhaps I should go and do a dance in the hive and point them in the right direction.
one of my mentorees sends me videos, and he has had hb covered bees for weeks. His ivy flow started a week after mine, and I'm at a higher altitude by some 1200ft. Funny autumn this one.
