Wasps 2

Saw in a garden centre the other day something called a 'Waspinator' apparently an artificial wasps nest that you hang around the patio etc to keep the wasps away, has anyone used these, and do they work? I wonder if they would work in an apiary?

This has been mentioned here before. Apparently it does not work, one beek said that it just gave the wasps somewhere to sit as they worked out there next move!!

You could always try hitting them with it!

Your supposed to insert a balloon to keep the 'shape' of the artificial nest. One tip - don't use helium!!!

Irrespective of the fact that artificial nests doesn't work you still wouldn't want to bring down a jet liner
