wanted bees

hi can anybody in the south wales or in the west help me out.I had placed an order for bees with somebody but they have let me down.I have got 2 brand new hives waiting for bees i have tried my bee club cardiff and valleys but no joy yet.I am all ready to go but no joy yet.:If find one forsale they are asking to much and being unemployed i cant afford the top prices only wish i could.I can provide a nuc and collect them.this is my 1st year in keeping bees and very keen to get started.Can anyone help me please
