Ultra bee pollen patty storage

I bought more Ultrabee pollen patty’s than I need in the summer sales. I’ve been storing in a cool pantry. Can you store & if so, whats the best way to store it for next winter? Not clear from packaging

Stored as the original powder, it can be stored for a year with little degradation. Once mixed and made into patties, the nutrients breakdown over time. Patties should be stored frozen
