My three colonies look to be pretty different in terms of strength. I’m not going to open them up to investigate but this is the view through the crown board. Should I be managing them each differently in terms of winter preps/feeding or just get them all up to 40lb of stores regardless?

My thinking being that the first hive rammed with bees will presumably eat far more than the third one that looks pretty sparse…
