Uncapping was has lots of honey. I bought a steel fruit presser and it worked fine. But then I noticed that it works better I you put at once after uncapping the stuff into press. After capping the wax temp is about 30-35C and next day it is close to 20-25. It is a big difference how the honey acts in these temps.
You uncap about 5 box. Then put into press. Under press the volume goes -60% and again new uncapping after some boxes.
