What is the latest that I can take off a super? The bees are still as busy as ever bringing in pollen and nectar. They are just starting to cap off the honey in the super, there are 8 full frames but not fully capped yet.Advice and opinions please.

Late September is well within the window for removing supers:)
It really depends on your varroa treatment ; if you intend using apiguard, too late means too cold to be effective:(.

If it is ripe you can take it. You might be able to leave it until October, who knows? As John says, depends on what treatment. depends on weather, forage, bee type, etc.
