I tried these:
Metric Viton Black Rubber O Rings 3mm Cross Section 3mm-32mm ID - UK SUPPLIER | eBay with ID 28mm
but found them very slightly loose until the cup had warmed up ( which given I douse it in cold water after each dose was an issue)
These seem to be a tighter and better fit, and are what I use now:
Imperial Viton Rubber O Rings 3.53mm Cross Section BS202-BS261 (5.94-171.05mmID) | eBay with ID 28.17mm
