i noticed when visiting my bees the other day some mustard yellow streaks on the roof, and in other places, with my limited knowlege i think its just where the bees have gone to the loo, but isnt it usually just drops rather than streaks ? could they have something ?

Was it mustard or yellow?

Could be dysentry or could be pollen,

I think if its a bad tummy you can see it on the combs as well.

I await someone who has experience to reply.

It is just young bees which have eaten stomach full of pollen. They come out to get themselves empty. If weather is cold, they cannot fly far from hive.
They try to return to the hive for cold and press their stomach empty.

Thanks Admin/Finman
just wanted to check.
