It varies.
My bee buddy found this in a local shop, priced at £6.50. Opaque and solid. The label described it as "wild honey". I'd be ashamed to put my label on something looking like that.

I’m with you thorn - that looks pretty mank…………………..or raw which is why it was £6.50;)

looks like it would be more at home in a path lab in a large hospital

Just seen some in my local farmers market called raw Spanish honey. £15 a jar and it looked like dirty washing up water. Yuc!

We bought some Polish honey at Lidl last week at £3.99 per 900g; Mazurskie Miody Polish Honey 900g Offer at Lidl
It's available on eBay just now at £13.50 per jar. Polish Pure Multiflower Honey - 900g in Jar | eBay
It is slightly cloudy but with no bubbles. In my opinion it's better honey than most commercial honeys I have tasted. How they can sell it so cheaply is beyond me. If it is adulterated in some way, as long as none of the adulterants is toxic, I'm perfectly happy with it. :)

I've just remembered the last time I saw something like that in a jar - a week later my father had a phonecall to say our horse was pregnant
