silicone sealants

High guys.I am making some frame feeders and wondered if i could use silicone to seal them up.regards rourkie

yes you can but why bother if you watch my wonderfull video, you just need to use timber strips and wood glue and a stapler and wax

To answer the actual question of silicone I use it and so far the bees are prospering.

If you do use silicone id make sure its the same one used for aquariums.....some have fungus inhibitors in them.

I'd definitely go the "beeswax" route - silicone makes MY head go round......
