Sheep Forage

I have a field near my hives with sheep fodder (looks like kale) that is in flower. Anyone know whether the honey has the same properties as **** seed?The sheep have grazed half the field so still loads left.

Honey from most (f not all) crucifers has highish glucose content relative to fructose so granulates very fast/hard so I think Kale honey will be no different

Yes it’s just like osr, your lucky they let it flower. I often have a field near some of mine and they graze it every time before it flowers I wouldn’t worry as it’ll soon be gone the same as any nectar in this coming cold spell.
