The parcel arrived without me having to pay anything additional.

Sometimes the bill for vat/duty/handling arrives in the post from the carrier later - have had one around a month later from DHL last year. But fingers crossed your parcel has scraped through - UPS (like all carriers) is overwhelmed at the moment, 6 weeks on and counting.
