Set honey in frames

Api-melter or similar, melted out over four hundred last year, cried at every lost frame of drawn comb. On the flip side re-filled all the frames with thin foundation and now have lots of fully capped full frames to sell.

I have an entire super of set honey that I can't extract (and TBH it doesn't taste that good either) and I was thinking of nadiring it over the winter. I am concerned that the bees themselves will not be able to get it out either, I hope that is not the case.

I've left supers with osr above a qx on A few colonys this spring they were fine and were able to use it.
I wouldnt put it below incase of robing, I would put it above the brood and remove the qx.

I won't nadir it until October after the robbing season is over. I put a nadir on all my hives every autumn as each year I have supers that aren't filled or fully sealed and it saves the hassle of feeding. Why feed when they can feed themselves.

Spray water on crystals. Put the frames into the hive and bees clean the combs. No idea to try to catch 8 pounds of honey and ruin the expencive combs.

To separate wax and crystallized honey. ...Why?

Tidy! As finman said they will use it even if it's crystalized. Spray water or not they will use it.

don’t give your heated honey back to the bees, it’s not good for them.

As JBM said, it's better to explain and to support an explanation with a documented source of info. HMF is the factor in this case, but the story requires more definition.
