Hello! Today on 22th October I was checking beehives. I have 7 of them in the north of Bosnia. The climate is moderately warm. Definitely warmer than UK. At the time of recording this video it was 19 °C. We left around 18-20 kg of honey in every LR hive. We noticed today the behaviour I recorded. We're not sure if it is robbing. We checked frames last evening, but shortly. We think there have been some ragged cells, not sure. We find wax on catch trays, mostly on sides. Not too much. Rarely dead bees and only a few. And less than 10 varroa mites. And we do see what we consider to be fights on the entrance.
Glad to hear your opinions.

Hard to say as the video is quite short. From what you’re describing + seems on the video bees are trying to get in between the boxes, it could well be robbing.
