I must admit I use yellow ,it provides the best contrast to a sea of bees .

The chart seems to be aimed at the exam people I think. The colour to use is what works best for your eyes. Red and or green colour blindness affects close to 10% of the male population so not the best choice really. I find a strong blue works well for me as does green but that's my eyes.
