Admin has almost talked me into raising my own queens, i have been tentative as this is my first "Full" season, the books i already have touch on the subject, but does anyone know of a book that a beginner can read and fully understand the processes ?

Charles and Pauline Dublon is nice and simple, but very good.

Yes- it is very diagramatic but deals with setting up hives for starting and finishing, and what to do when.
