Queen cells

Did a inspectoin today and hive no 1 there was 8 queen cells.. Did a as hive no 2 ok . But hive no 3 has one queen cell on the bottom of one frame with grub in it.. This hive was a nuc i have only just added a super..why would there be 1 queen cell. And what would be the next thing to do with this hive???

Eight queen cells would suggest swarming. Just one queen cell would suggest supersedure.

The hive with 8 queen cells i did a artificial swarm. It was another hive with just 1 good queen cell on. It was right on the bottom would u say this is deffinatly supersudre m beek?
