I am trying a little experiment with a hive that did multiple supercedure cells that I would like to use in Nucs if possible, if I cut a couple out can these be hatched away from the hive first and if so at what temperature?

If you hatch them away from the hive you obviously then have virgins to contend with and they are not so easy to utilise.

Normal brood temperature is 34C

shame, still learning here :)

I do the same as finman to get extra queens.
I gave a friend 4 cells today in roller cages and showed him where to put them between the bars.
Don't do this if you have a queen in residence or it will induce a swarm.
