Put a test frame into a suspected queenless hive today, Now what?

I have placed a test frame (eggs, open and sealed brood) into a suspected Queenless hive today.
(Frame from my best queen)

What, (and when) to do next?

Tomorrow if you have a keen eye for what is normal you will see nothing at all different. In which case there is a queen of some sort.

If you see a "white cell" as in a cell with an abnormal amount of white in it ie royal jelly you have a queenless colony and matters are in reality a bit more simple.

As PH said you could check tomorrow but I would wait 3 or 4 days. By then you will have normal brood development OR queencells ie Q+ or Q-. From there your options are many.

I wait 48 hours and then can see straight away.
I have looked after 24 hours but find you have to brush(not shake!) the bees off the frame to find a started queen cell after only one day.
