This is the method to make other types of lozenges from Page 494 of the Chemist and Druggist Pharmaceutical Formulas ( when lozenges had their heyday)
Plus page 496 but the quantities for other types of lozenges on the page which are weighed in drachms and scruples.

I would look at ingredients printed on modern propolis lozenges and extrapolate proportions of ingredients used in manufacture of a proprietary brand using the old formulations on page 496 as a guide.
I have included page x in the forward for you to use and work out the weights.
