Do you mean for a 5 frame nuc without the box or do you mean a full colony, plus the hive?

Too many variables to give a definitive answer. But if you can find one for sale full of bees in early April, plenty of healthy looking brood, youngish queen, on decent frames in a sound hive, then anything under £200 is a real bargain.
