pollen in the supers

i have all my supers cleared , but a few of them are heavy with pollen stored in them. i dont want to waste it and store it away for the winter in the supers.Is there anyway of getting the bees to clear the pollen out of the frames.

When you use combs in brood box, bees eate the pollen. It is valuable.

Only viable option I found is deep freeze it until you need it next year, if its left out it will go mouldy. Of course if freezing the whole frame isn't an option you could hand pick it out or scrape it out before freezing.

Pollen in supers kind of says you should be on double brood or brood and a half.
