Hi all,

I supered a colony with a box of ten sheets of foundation in Manley frames a few days ago and the girls have started drawing it out quite well (four frames so far).

I've noticed that a couple of the frames have had pollen deposited in some of the cells as well as nectar - not loads but enough to notice.

There is a QX in between the brood box and the super box.

Is this normal?

I'm presuming that they might move it out and down at some point before capping it perhaps, or do I just live with it?

Any advice or views appreciated.

Thanks

Yep normal for them to put pollen in the first super I have noticed it as well.:cheers2:
