It is but not helped by being woken up twice in the one night by the same highly valued customer who was unable to work the key safe (12-20am) then had a taxi for 5-15 am and gave our number not his... Only the 2nd highly valued guest unable to work the key safe.......... the other was a Ryan Air Captain, not that I want to worry the Ryan Air frequent fliers on here......
