Parts for extractor

Does anyone know where I can get a gearwheel for a manual extractor (or a way of repairing it)
The gear is a cylindrical type with a spring underneath it.
Ive tried ebay but no luck.

Ive tried the place i bought it from but they dont supply them anymore and theres no makers name on it.

It was about €340 from an apparently reputable site but I won’t be buying from there again.
I’ll see if I can fix it another way
