Hi , have just been given a nuc box containing Queen cells, brood and honey , moved to my apiary yesterday,
I have noticed today 2 white bee larva on the entrance board dead , is this OK? could it be the move? or more serious implications? :(

any advice please

I wouldnt worry if its just 2. Have you looked inside the nuc? Are the bees out and about ?

Hi Veg yes the bees are flying well, I have not looked inside yet as is early days but there seem to be a good few bees in the box.

I would worry if you had a pile of little corpses. The bees must be pretty good at housekeeping. Its a problem when they don't remove dead larvae.
