Hi I am new to this and currently doing a beginners course at Peterborough which is about 35 miles from where I live just in Norfolk but on the border with Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
I am looking for a helping hand / ear at times as I progress through the next few months and gain a couple of hives and a 'nuc' or 2.
Any help / advice would be great and also any equipment that I could buy locally before I head off with my cash and buy all shiny new stuff.
Thanks Pete

Hi Pete and welcome

Theres a local association in Lynn which you would be well advised to join
http://www.wnklba.co.uk/ - you should be able to get assistance from there.

You may not be ready to buy stuff yet, but if you can spare the time the Lincoln auction on April 3rd is very good for a look around.

I think its the saturday the 2nd the sale and items can go in on the 1st but i could be wrong

Thaught you were thinking like me tell everyone its sunday we go on saturday get all the bargains good move

moonseo what's that got to do with bees?:beatdeadhorse5:

Thank you, already a member of the King's Lynn association but unfortunantly they couldnt accomodate me on their beginners course as it was over subscribed. 30 places 60 applicants. Anyway I managed to get on the course at Peterborough and am now looking to buy some equipment to set me on my way.
Is this sale at Thorne's ? or is it in Lincoln ?
