Again, sorry for the naff photography, for those who wanted to see the difference between the usual, and my new NZ bees. or NZ Banded as some call them.

My NZ bees have started to emerge, so some of my bees are light gold/ ginger and others are darker. Grizzly are they all NZ bees?

The bees with defined rings are the Carnis from the split i did, the golden girls are the NZ starting to come through.

Im sure its those bloody carnis that are still drawing out QC.

Carniolans are notorious for swarming... but one of my colonies of mostly ligustica mongrels is just as bad.
