Moving Capped Brood Frames

How long will a frame of capped brood keep in a nuc without bees?
I need to transport 2 or 3 capped brood frames just over an hour from the apiary.

Dummy down the nuc with insulation, cover the nuc with bubble wrap or blankets. Add hot water bottle.
